Troubleshooting with the S2

You completed the installation procedure but the device has issues

Telraam S2 is fairly new and we tried to avoid issues as much as possible through extensive testing and debugging. Don't hesitate to get in touch if you appear an problem. The easiest is to e-mail us, with as many details as possible, on support@telraam.net

The device has an issue?

  • re-power the device

  • re-power the device while holding the main button to start up in debugging modus. Wait 1 minute, and take a picture of the screen to mail us.

  • check the connectivity on the screen: how many bars are illuminated?
