You have purchased your own Telraam (once) and would like to update to a data subscription. The data subscription is sold per 12 months and gives you this: 10 road user categories*, 15 minutes data resolution, Data dashboard, Advanced APIs, Street sheet export and Data export options.
*Note: if you have a Telraam V1 and upgrade to a data subscription, it is not possible to see counts with 10 modes due to technical reasons how the counts are done. These 10 modes are exclusive to Telraam S2 users.
How to upgrade?
1️⃣ Log in
2️⃣ Open your dashboard
3️⃣ Go to "my profile & plan"
4️⃣ Go to "user plan" and click on "upgrade". You are redirected to our shop for this subscription.
