Installing the same Telraam on a new location

Scenario 1 - Same owner, different location

1️⃣ Open your dashboard

2️⃣ Go to 'Set up'

3️⃣ Scroll down to 'move to a new position'

4️⃣ Click on 'Start new setup'

5️⃣ choose you device (V1 o S2)

6️⃣ then 'confirm'

7️⃣ Fill in the new address

8️⃣ Complete the installation steps
We recommend using new tape, in the same category as supplied with the Telraam device: 3M 12mm tape. This has been tested for heat resistance during our testing procedures.

CleanShot-2024-01-24-at-09.38.28.gifThe data of the old location will stay visible on the public page of the old location. The roadsegment of the old location will turn grey, but is still visible on the public map.


Scenario 2 - Different owner, different location

1️⃣ New Telraam users need to register for a new account.

2️⃣ Follow the initial installation steps (start here).
We recommend using new tape, in the same category as supplied with the Telraam device: 3M 12mm tape. This has been tested for heat resistance during our testing procedures.

3️⃣ To cease counting and deactivate your account, complete the outboarding form (refer to Stop counting)
