Replace Telraam

Reinstallation

By installing a new device using an existing account, the old device will automatically be stopped.

Update the serialnumber in your dashboard

1️⃣    Open your dashboard

2️⃣    Go to 'Set up'

3️⃣    Scroll down

4️⃣    Click on 'Received new device', choose 'Telraam S2'

5️⃣    Enter the serial number of your new device.
Each Telraam device has a unique serial number, therefore it is necessary to adjust this serial number. If you have a Telraam V1, read here how you get to know the new number: "Verify serial number of Telraam V1". If case you have a Telraam S2, you'll find the serial number below the QR code on the screen of the device.

5️⃣    Enter the serial number of your new device.

1. Restart the Telraam (plug in and unplug from the socket)

2. With your GSM/tablet, search in the wifi list for 'TELRAAM'

3. Connect to 'TELRAAM' with the password TelraamTelraam
You are now making a 'local' connection between your GSM/Tablet and the Telraam. If this does not work, try forgetting all previous wifi network connections on the GSM/tablet before this step, so it does not automatically connect to another network.

4. Now, after connecting with the TELRAAM, go to my.telraam.net, if you do not get the live camera view here, try http://192.168.254.1
This is not a webpage that requires internet. This is the 'landing page' of the Telraam that is now visually displayed on your GSM/Tablet.

5. Choose your language

6. The next page show your serial number:
Every Telraam has a unique serial number. Therefore it is necessary to adjust this in your account when installing a new device.
