Your Telraam fell down and you want to know if it still works.
What do I need?
✅ The Telraam device
✅ A device that you can connect to the internet/wifi (such as a computer, cell phone or tablet).
Stap 1 - Check if your Telraam device is still working
1️⃣ Check if the red light is still on
✅ The red light is on, proceed to step 2
❌ The red light is not on, unplug and re-plug the power cord. Check again if the red light is lit. If yes, proceed to step 2. If not, contact Telraam at support@telraam.net
Step 2 - Check if your Telraam counts
2️⃣ To check if your Telraam is still counting or not, go through the steps of the article "My Telraam isn't counting anymore"
