How can I see if my Telraam v1 is sending data?

 Checking whether your Telraam is sending data to our servers is easy to do at a glance. If you spot an issue, see the links below to go about getting the device online and counting.

 

Step 1

1️⃣   Go to www.telraam.net

2️⃣   Log in

3️⃣   Go to your dashboard  (if you are not redirected automatically, click on your name in the top right and choose “Open Dashboard”)

Your Telraam is counting, but check to see if you have recent data in the graphs.

Your Telraam is not yet counting, and has never sent data before.
